Who is Gentle No More?
We were previously known as Gentle Mayhem and had begun our journey in 2014. At the start of 2021, we rebranded ourselves into Gentle No More. This is part of our effort to transit into a more sustainable business model due to the constantly changing COVID-19 situation that has affected a lot of independent brands and artists.

What is the currency used?
All orders will be processed in United States Dollar (USD).

What are the payment methods available on the online store?
We accept payments via American Express, MasterCard, Visa and PayPal. You'll be guided to our Payment Merchant upon checkout for payment.

Why do I see the pricing in a different currency?
Our online store will captured your location and display the price converted to the country’s currency. This is usually for customers who are not using USD, for convenience sake and only serve as a reference. You’ll be able to see a more accurate pricing in your currency during checkout.

I knew about your brand from Facebook, where can I find more information on your products?
We are more active on Instagram! You may visit our Instagram page @gentle______nomore to see our tagged posts and Instagram Story of customers who have purchased our necklaces.

We are dedicated to respond as quickly as possible. Our team generally respond within 24-48 hours during regular business week so that we can dedicate more of our time to the making of orders. Otherwise, your enquiry may have been lost in the mail so please send us another!

Where are the items made?
All products in our store are designed and handmade by our local team in Singapore!

What is the size difference between Eternity II and Eternity Mini?
Eternity II is 7cm in length and 1.2cm in diameter. Eternity Mini is 5.6cm in length and 1cm in diameter.

What material are you using and will they rust?
We are using 316L Stainless Steel and usually they do not rust. 316L Stainless Steel is often regarded as the standard “Marine Grade Stainless Steel”. They will be fine if you follow the care instruction.

Are the chains nickel-free?
Yes, we are using 316L Stainless Steel chains and they are nickel-free.

Do I need to water the Frozen Flower in Eternity?
No watering is required. Generally, frozen flowers can survive independently with little air humidity for at least ten years. In the Eternity series, two tiny holes are present along the groove line of the top bullet piece - they help to provide air flow for the flower, and hence, allow the flower to react accordingly to the atmosphere.

Can I change or cancel my order?
We do not allow amendments to be made once your order has been placed as all our products are made on demand. This will also allow us to pack your orders efficiently and to minimize errors. For more information, please contact us.

Can I exchange an item?
No, unfortunately we do not offer exchanges at this time because all the necklaces are uniquely handmade by demand.

What do I do if I receive a defective/incorrect item?
Do drop us an email with a snapshot of the defective area/s and our team will get back to you as soon as possible. (You may refer to Section 3 of our Terms and Conditions for more detailed information.)

The item I want is OOS, what can I do?
Don't worry! We accept reservation request for the out of stock (OOS) items! Shoot us an email to make your reservation and we will send the order to you first even before it's back on shelf.

How long will it take for my order to reach me?
All of our designs are handmade and require a preorder(with the exception of Albion rings and chains). Each preorder batch can take up to 5 weeks to complete its hand-making process. The same information can also be found in the product description during the time of your purchase. As soon as your order has been picked up by the courier, you will be notified with a tracking number to do your tracking. Delivery time varies from the shipping method chosen.

How can I change my shipping address if I opted for DHL Express?
If your parcel has yet to be shipped, contact us at human@gentlenomore.com with your new shipping address and we will update it accordingly for you.
If your parcel has already been shipped, please go to https://www.ondemand.dhl.com/ to change your shipping address as soon as possible.

I chose DHL Express (3-4 working days), where is my order?
DHL Express (3-4 working days) refers to the delivery time from DHL Express, this is not the time required to make each order.

Why must I pay for duties tax/custom fee?
Kindly note that any taxes or custom fees in regard to your parcel as deemed by your country’s legal regulations are to be held responsible by the customer. Such rules and regulations vary from country to country and we are not able to inform each customer individually. This is usually within the responsibility of the customer that resides in the respective country. You may also refer to our terms here.

My parcel (via Standard Shipping) is on its way to me but I have not received it, who do I contact for help?
Please try to get in touch with your local post office with your tracking number and they may be able to help with the location of your parcel. Any enquiry from us will be detoured via Singapore Post and this can take weeks for a reply.
