We do our best to process and produce all items for shipment within 7 business days of receiving the order. As soon as your order has been picked up by the courier, you will be notified with a tracking number via the email address you registered with.

Any customs duties and taxes in regard to your shipment as deemed by your country’s legal regulations are to be held responsible by the customer. There are several reasons an order can be canceled and refunded. If our system detects there is inaccurate information regarding the order, our team will reach out via email to confirm these details. If there is no successful response from the customer after 2 business days, we will move forward and deem the order canceled.
We suggest first checking your spam or junk folder. Otherwise, an email address can have a spelling mistake when entered, and our system was not able to issue the confirmation to that address.
Unfortunately if you still cannot confirm your order details, Please use our contact form and include the email address used to place the order along with the first and last name of the customer.
We accept reservation requests for out of stock (OOS) items. Shoot us an email to make your reservation and we will ship out the order before they are even back on the shelf. Generally, official restocks can take about 30-45 days
Our return policy is 30 days from the moment you receive your order. If something happens to your item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and include a photo or video showing the issue with your item. Keeping you happy makes us happy.
