Submitting a claim
How do I submit a claim?
Use this contact form or email us directly with the following information:

Photo of the item with the order number handwritten on a piece of paper next to it. We can not process your request without your order number.

Order Number (found in your original confirmation email).

Confirmation of your current shipping address.
How long does it take to hear back about a claim?
It usually takes 1-3 business days for us to get back to you about your claim. We may request for additional images or a video if we need to see your item in more detail.
Why was my claim denied?
We can not complete a repair unless all 3 steps, as shown above, are completed. Your claim may be denied if the damage was caused by yourself, and was not a manufacturing issue. For example (but not limited to) a chemical cleaner was used on your item, or the chain of the necklace was cut.
