WARRANTY AND REPAIR POLICY
All orders come with a Limited Lifetime Repair – our guarantee that upon receiving the product, every jewelry item is free of material and manufacturing defects.
What is covered?
Your jewelry is under warranty for a lifetime repair of any manufacturing defects (in material or workmanship). Beginning on the date of purchase from an authorized Gentle No More retailer and subject to applicable laws.
What is not covered?
Our Lifetime Repair does not cover lost items, scratches, damages caused by accident, abuse, neglect, improper use or storage of the product, unauthorized modification (any repair work done by a third party), or normal wear and tear.
Please note that items purchased through a third-party vendor will not be covered under our warranty. If your order was not completed at www.gentlenomore.com, you will need to reach out directly to the company you purchased the items from.

Starting a repair warranty process:
To inquire if your jewelry is covered for lifetime repair, contact firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, address, order number and a detailed description of the issue at hand.

Warranty claims must be accompanied by an acceptable proof of purchase, or the online order number.
Note that you will be expected to pay 50% of the original cost of the item in the following cases, even during the warranty term: failure or damage caused by improper use or carelessness (knocks, dents, crushing, etc.), failure or damage caused by unjustifiable repair or modification, aesthetic changes that occur from normal wear and tear, aging (minor scratches, etc.) and alteration of the colour such as subtle colour changes to the plating, etc. and damage caused by fire or water, or a natural disaster.
We will not honor fake or fraudulent warranty claims and reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to reject any repair claims we suspect to be fraudulent.
